Payments
I will accept personal checks, bank checks, and PayPal. If you pay with a personal check I will hold shipment of your item until your check clears. You don’t have to sign up for PayPal to use it.
Shipping
I will ship your card order within two weeks of receiving it. (usually sooner)All orders will have added shipping, insurance and handling charges depending on weight and size of packaging needed.Any one purchase from Gallery Two is $12.- total for 1st class> shipping, handling and insurance. All these pieces come with an printed Artists Biography, a description of the techniques used in the ark works creation and instructions on “caring for you artwork.”I prefer to have Gallery One work or large Commissions picked up in person. Shipping and insurance will certainly be provided as needed. The customer is financially responsible for the fees of this service and will be billed for this service.Please contact me regarding prices for shipping to other, countries, and expedited shipping.
Gift Wrap
Contact me and I will gladly provide lovely and simple gift-wrap and a handwritten note.
Return PolicyI stand behind all of my work. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused and not damaged in any way. All returns must be authorized. Email for an authorization. You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance. Anything lost and not insured is your responsibility.
Commissioned work is an exception to the above policy as we have covered all details possible in the Commission Contract each customer recieves.
